Sign up for our Battery Club Plan and you will receive your batteries at a discounted club price via U.S. Mail a few days later. All costs (batteries and postage) are covered in your Battery Club fees. As an added bonus, you will receive a free 4-pak of batteries on your birthday each year you are a club member .

Annual Membership Fee		 $4.00 The Hearing Center Battery Club membership fees are paid annually at a cost of $4.00 per year. This minimal fee entitles you to purchase all your hearing aid batteries at the club price as long as you are a member.
 
8-Club Battery Plan $54.00
(6 - 8-paks)		 Six (6) packages of eight (8-pak) Rayovac Ultra Proline Zinc Air Premium Batteries. Original price for one 8-pak is $11.00 for a total cost of $66.00 for six packages. Your club savings is $12.00.
 
4-Club Battery Plan $28.00
(6 - 4-paks)		 Six (6) packages of four (4-pak) Rayovac Ultra Proline Zinc Air Premium Batteries. Original price for one 4-pak is $6.00 for a total cost of $36.00 for six packages. Your club savings is $8.00.
